There are two ways to protect your servers here, plus a separate option for Microsoft 365. The right one depends on where your systems run and what you need back fastest.
On-site appliance + cloud
Choose this if you run servers in your office. A backup appliance sits on-site, so everyday restores are fast and local, and a copy of every backup is kept in our cloud to cover a disaster. If a server or the whole office goes down, we can run your systems as virtual machines in our cloud with Virtual Office while the originals are repaired.
The appliance comes in three sizes by on-site storage — 2 TB, 4 TB or 8 TB — priced $450, $500 or $700 per month, with a one-time setup fee of $3,600, $5,600 or $9,600 (paid up front or spread over the 12-month term). Each protected server is $69 per month, which includes its cloud copy.
Cloud only
Choose this if you have just a few servers, your servers already run in the cloud, or you want to back up laptops and workstations for remote staff. Backups go straight to our cloud — no appliance. Cloud-only server backup is $119 per server per month and workstation backup is $25 per device per month, with a one-time $299 setup per order.
What about workstations?
The appliance plan protects servers. To back up workstations and laptops as well, add them with cloud only — the two work side by side.
And Microsoft 365
Microsoft 365 backup protects your email and files and can be added to either setup. See What Microsoft 365 keeps, and what it doesn’t.
Every plan runs on a 12-month term. Still unsure which fits? Talk to our team and we’ll size it with you.
