AirGap and AutoVerify, explained
Backup, testing and recovery, run as one managed service — not parts you wire together yourself.

Two features do the quiet work that decides whether a backup saves you: one protects your recovery points from being destroyed, the other proves every night that they will actually restore.

AirGap — deletion protection

The first thing a serious attacker tries to do is delete your backups, so you have nothing to fall back on. AirGap protects your recovery points from malicious or accidental deletion. Combined with recovery points that can’t be changed once written, it means an attacker — or a mistake — can’t simply wipe your ability to recover.

AutoVerify — nightly backup checks

A backup that looks fine but won’t boot is worse than no backup, because you only discover it when you’re already in trouble. Every night, AutoVerify test-boots the latest server backup and checks it for corruption. If something is wrong, it’s caught then — not during an emergency — and our team watches the results and follows up when a check fails.

Why both matter

Together they cover the two ways backups let people down: they get destroyed, or they don’t restore. AirGap keeps your recovery points safe; AutoVerify keeps them trustworthy. With backup monitoring on top, you get a backup you can actually count on. Want to see how this fits a plan for your office? Talk to our team.
